Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective inserts and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
